General business owner action plan

Regarding the “general business owner action plan” based on the Act for Measures to Support the Development of the Next Generation

Based on the Act for Measures to Support the Development of the Next Generation, KISCO makes an effort to provide all of its employees with good working conditions so that they can keep working while raising children. We believe this approach enables employees to maximize their abilities. We have formulated an appropriate “general business owner action plan” to support the balance of work and family, and to improve the working conditions that should be reviewed. We continue to promote this action plan.

During the 4 years from April 1, 2022 to March 31, 2026, we have three objectives including one to “introduce a short-time employment system applicable for employees with children under the age of elementary school.”
